This course will be held in close connection with the following courses: Working in simulated business / developing processes, and Establishing customer relationships.
Objectives The students will be able to handle all aspects of export trade and to be able to successfully liaison at a business level with customers. Content Written and oral communication in exporting, creating and maintaining customer relations in the international market taking company strategy into consideration (eg trade fairs, direct marketing, sales letters), receiving feedback from customers and analysing it.
