Objectives
The student will be able to understand the significance of human resource in business activities and will be able to act as an advisor, expert and a superior. The student will understand the significance of a job contract and is familiar with the basics of employment law in relation to employer/employee relationship. The student will be able to set his own development goals and process career strategy.

Objectives
The student will be able to recognise one’s own skills and to set development goals. The student will have the ability to balance the personal goals and the goals of the organisation. The student will be able to use interpersonal skills in order to create an open and creative working environment that will be result-effective. The student will develop presentation skills needed in business.
